This May 10, celebrate mothers with an exceptional lunch! Our chef has created a three-course menu – starter, main course, dessert – for 68 CHF. Available exclusively at lunchtime, this menu is the only menu offered that day. Book quickly by phone or on The Fork

Starter

  • Sea bream fillet with sauce vierge, baby potatoes, and vegetables OR

  • Stir-fried pork secreto with baby potatoes and vegetables OR

  • Penne with morels and asparagus, topped with Parmesan shavings
